WE HAVE A MOTTY OF THE SEASON
And so there you have it Ladies and gentlemen.....we have a winner with one final still to come!!
With Manchester United winning the Fa Cup in a repeat of the 93 final no one else can stop her now. Sooooooooooooooo it gives me great pleasure to announce that this years MOTTY OF THE SEASON
The winner of £500 smackeroonies of prize money but even more importantly than that ( why are you smiling??) The winner of the much coveted and world famous John Motson Trophy for 2015-16 Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisss........................trumpets blow ....drums roll.......Ant & Dec look nervously at each other ..........
SARAH BECKWITH ( LUTON TOWN FC) !!!!
Well done our Sarah.....many many congratulations and i am hoping to get a winner's statement off of you very soon. So I will have to no doubt push past the waiting press that will be camped outside your door to get an exclusive and a nice little photo shoot! Maybe a few words from your hubby and coach / manager RICHARD BECKWITH ( LUTON TOWN FC) would be good enough for now though until I get the trophy back from our reigning champ Gema Edwards ( Arsenal)....THAT'S THREE LADY WINNERS IN A ROW NOW BOYS!!
I'm looking for some male dominance next season guys....hmmm....don't read into that too much please eh??!!
Unlucky Paul Rowbotham ( Tottenham) ...I bet you thought you might be in with a chance after that Palace goal eh.....for a a couple of minutes at least!!
And the success within the Beckwith family continued after United's win as the Beckwith's very own psychic pig ....Princess ....yet again predicted this year's winner and so we are going to HAVE to ask for her predictions again for this season's finale the Champions League Final.....so watch out for that later this week..
===================================================================
Back to Man United and you gotta feel sorry for the old guy haven't you?? After having to deal with the shadow of Mourinhio waiting in the wings for what seemed all season and the pressure that comes with it ....he wins the FA CUP after a ten year drought for the club in that competition and isn't even allowed one minute to bask in the glory as he has to be asked questions on how he feels about losing his job at the end of match press conference.....very classy Man United!!
But now he's gone and The self acclaimed Special One is coming through the other door any minute now my question for Reds fans AND all other fans is.... IS MOURINHIO THE RIGHT MAN FOR THIS PARTICULAR CLUB???
I notice the polls are very divided already so he really has to get off to a good start that's all i'll say....hmmm....I'm just not 100% sure it's gonna work....but hey ...he's never hid from how much he wanted the job so let's all see..
Or will there be a last minute twist in the story and in steps Ian Holloway to take up the reigns at Old Trafford instead!! Now that would be worth watching!!
Cheers!
RE: WE HAVE A MOTTY OF THE SEASON
I couldn't remember that I was in a football competition until 2 weeks a go!!
Even my hubby Richard doesn't know how the last week of the Premiership threw all the key players out of the arena and my name landed at the top of the pile! Richard has very kindly given me full reign on what to do with the winnings and instead of wasting it on whine women and song, he is much put out that I am spending it on the garden! I may see my way to buying a few cold ones for the fridge though!
I , as you now know, am not the most worthy of winners, but am very glad to accept!!!!"
